Reaction Control
In every situation, you have a choice of response. This choice is your power. Do not give it to another.
Radical responsibility does not mean saying, "This is my fault." It means saying, "This is my responsibility." The distinction is significant.
Freedom
The moment you take responsibility, you become free. Because now you write the rules of the game. No one else does.
Radical responsibility is radical freedom.
