In every situation, you have a choice of reaction. This choice is your power. Do not give it to someone else.
Radical responsibility is not saying "This is my fault." It is saying "This is my responsibility." The difference is huge.

The moment you take responsibility, you become free. Because now you are the one who writes the rules of the game. Not someone else.
